JNPMEDI, a medical data platform company, announced on the 8th that it will launch 'Maven Docs', a clinical trial document management solution. In general, various documents such as clinical trial plans, case records, and consent forms are prepared during clinical trials, and as the difficulty of clinical trials increases, the possibility of inconsistencies and input errors between related documents increases.

A study by the U.S. Tufts Medical Center also mentioned that "despite the rigorous review and approval process, most of the clinical trial plans are being revised several times, and half of them have been reduced."

Maven Docs, developed to solve these problems, is a professional solution developed to maximize the efficiency of management tasks such as writing, reading, approval, and training clinical trial documents, and provides various functions for efficient document management such as Composer, Viewer, Sign, and Trainer.

Composer supports simplified writing through standardization of clinical trial document forms and data linkage between documents, and Viewer provides document leakage prevention functions such as limiting the number of downloads and inserting watermarks in various devices through reactive web UI.

Sign is a self-embedded electronic signature function that meets the FDA Electronic Document Regulations (21 CFR Part 11). Trainers provide LMS (Learning Management System) functions for clinical document education management and can be monitored to support inspection and verification.
